We do ask that within the swap shop no money changes hands and the exchange/swap is an agreement between the parties concerned, Rushcliffe Borough Council does not accept any responsibility for the quality or suitability of goods and nor can we mediate between the parties concerned if goods are defective.

When posting swaps please give as much information regarding the items, condition ( new, damaged, etc), colour, dimensions, as this will help people reading the forums. If you have a photo you can attach it to the post.

When arranging a time and location to collect or swap items, use the Private Message function for exchanging contact details.

Don't post personal info in your posts, save that for Private Messages (PMs). This includes addresses, phone numbers, post codes, etc. Remember that this is a public forum and anyone could be looking at your posts.

To send a Private Message click on the PM button at the bottom left of the post you wish to reply to. Alternately, click on the Profile link of the person to send a Private Message to, you can also send an email to them from the Profile page if you wish.
